Powerful Thing About Goal Setting: ✨🏆✨ ******************************************** Have you ever set a goal that changed your energy? I run at least one full marathon every November. 26.2 miles. This year is my fourth year in a row doing it.  My goal has always been to FINISH the race in good health with no injuries. And, I always do. So, I am very grateful for that.
